Dr Emily Aesthetics & Rejuvenation are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors; in this policy we explain how we will treat your personal information. One of the ways we do this is by adhering to the requirements of UK data protection legislation, and this has changed as part of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in force from 2018.
We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits this website. Dremily.co.uk will only collect and use personal data in ways that states within this privacy policy, and in a way that is consistent with our obligations and your rights under the law.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. BookingBookings can be arranged by phone, email, or in person whilst at the clinic. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Whilst we endeavour to accommodate last minute bookings, regretfully, we are often unable to accommodate walk‑in appointments.
-
Deposits & PaymentsA deposit is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. £50 deposit is required for consultations and £100 deposit for treatments. This deposit is strictly non-refundable. We are happy to transfer your deposit to a new date and time, should you give us the required notice period (see rescheduling below), however, no refunds will be available. Deposits are redeemable against treatments completed on the day and are non‑refundable for late cancellations or non‑attendance. If you choose not to proceed with treatment following your consultation, your consultation fee will be retained to cover the time and professional advice provided. All balances must be paid in full on the day of your treatment. Payment is accepted via cash, credit/debit card or ApplePay.
-
Cancellations & ReschedulingShould you wish to reschedule your appointment, please get in touch and we will be happy to find you an alternative appointment date. In order to reschedule your appointment, we request you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Last minute rescheduling requests or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit.
-
No ShowsDeposits are non-refundable should you failure to attend your appointment without prior notice.
-
Late ArrivalsShould you be running late for your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, your treatment may be shortened or it may be necessary to reschedule. This is to avoid disruption to patients booked later in the day. In this instance, late arrivals may be considered a no show and a fee may be incurred.
-
Treatment SuitabilityBefore commencing any treatment, you will be asked to provide a complete medical history to ensure your safety and suitability. In some cases, certain medical conditions may prevent treatment from going ahead. Where possible, we will discuss suitable alternatives with you.
-
Age RestrictionsTreatments are only provided to patients aged 18 and over. Please do not attend the clinic accompanied by children under 18 years old without prior agreement.
-
Aftercare AdviceFollowing your treatment, you will be provided with tailored aftercare instruction to optimise your results and minimise risks. For dermal fillers, we recommend avoiding scheduling your appointment within a few days of travelling abroad. This ensures you are able to attend any necessary review appointments should these be required.
-
Right to Refuse ServiceWe reserve the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unsuitable for treatment, fails to adhere with our booking policies, or demonstrates rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour. Appointments may also be refused to patients who repeatedly fail to attend and/or repeatedly cancel without provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice in line with our cancellation policy.
-
RefundsNo refunds are provided for treatments carried out in good faith once the treatment has been rendered. Results from aesthetic treatments can vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Some treatments require a course of sessions for optimal results.
-
Dissatisfaction & ComplaintsWe are committed to delivering high-quality care, but understand that sometimes concerns may arise. If you wish to raise an issue or make a complaint, we kindly ask you bring this our attention as soon as possible so that we can explore your concerns and investigate this further.
